The signature cocktail list takes inspiration from prohibition cocktail classics, but with a modern twist – creativity and unique flavour pairings underpin the menu, with the Martini Roulette serving as the bar’s signature experience. The cocktail features a mini trio of Martinis, identical in size and colour, but will showcase the evolution of the iconic drink through different guises, ABVs and decades. Spirits and liqueurs combine with citrus, spice, and aromatics to create inspired twists on the classics and contemporary serves.
