#TheSidingsExperience Brewdog’s Beer School

Bandmates Harry and Chris visited the world’s biggest BrewDog here at The Sidings to take part in their Beer School Experience. This includes a guided beer tasting led by of one of their Cicerone-trained crew, five 1/3 pints of their favourite brews paired with a tasty cheese board for £25 per head.

@harrymorrismuso, “I had an amazing time visiting Brewdog beer school at The Sidings Waterloo.  Firstly, I couldn’t believe how big it was and how much there was to do there!! They had a photobooth, an ice-cream van (inside!!!), a bowling alley, a podcast studio, a massive slide…literally everything you could want!  

And then the school was super interesting, our host knew the answer to every question we threw at her, and bless her there were some obscure questions 😂.

 The cheese and biscuits actually went so well with the beer too, but it was the apple sauce that really hit the home run for me.  

Overall, 10 out of 10 activity in London, I’d highly recommend it!“

@chrisbourne, “Unbelievably stoked on the Brewdog Brewery School Experience at The Sidings, we arrived and Sarah our Host was kindly there to greet us into our private room, she was awesome and super knowledgable and managed to answer every question we threw at her.

For the next 90 minutes we tried a whole range of different beers, making our way through the colour chart whilst learning in detail all about flavourings, how to taste properly and most importantly which cheese complimented the beers the most. There were 4 of us in our group and we all had plenty to drink and eat, all in all an awesome day with lots of laughs!“
